Its open book, you get a learner resource to download and find the information you need to complete your assessment.
Can be done with an interactive online trainer led session to support any self- paced learners – you will be invited to come to one if you want to.
Trainer Led One Day Courses
Our trainer led LCQ courses are run in Auckland, Wellington, Wairarapa, Hawkes bay and we can travel to other places too ! We can come to yours Our courses are truly done in one day and you leave knowing you have passed. There is no prework and no homework.
We help our learners get through, tell lots of relevant stories, answer your questions and it is a super fun day.

Learn the important techniques to keep you, your team and your customers safe. It is useful to prove your knowledge if getting into a food business and many organisations who do get audited ensure there teams are trained.
Food Safety 167, 168 and 2066 can be done in house, in our training rooms in Wellington or at yours.
