Innovative Hospitality runs courses in fixed locations and sometimes in organisational workplaces.

Where we run them in fixed locations we

• Undertake a risk and hazard assessment of the site

• Inform our learners of the required emergency procedures and any risks

• Ask them to ensure they are comfortable physically

• Ensure they know where the bathrooms are

• Provide water and other refreshments

Where we run them in an organisation’s site we:

• Learn the risks and hazards associated with the site from the organisation

• Follow instructions from the organisation

• Inform our learners of required emergency procedures and any risks

• Ask them to ensure they are comfortable physically

• Ensure they know where the bathrooms are

• Provide water and other refreshments

Innovative Hospitality does not allow any discriminitory, racist, sexist or disruptive behaviour in any of our courses or between students in those courses.

Innovative Hospitality runs a regular health and safety team session and the principals of Innovative Hospitality are the PCOB.
